Commissioner: You
The commissioned piece of art: Art/Artwork/Piece
Proper credit: includes mentioning that I have created the Artwork, and, if possible,
including a link to my profile on the social media through which you've commissioned me.
Unless agreed to beforehand you may not remove or attempt to hide my signature or any
other mark used to identify the art creator, if you wish to commission a piece without
such a mark, please specify this during the commissioning process.
Sublicense: A license granted by You to a 3rd party which may or may not include some
or all of the rights granted to You through these here terms.
A Sublicense must contain within it all the conditions and terms outlined here.
By commissioning a piece of art from Me, You agree that unless otherwise specified beforehand,
you are granted a license which allows you to view, modify, distribute, reproduce
and otherwise use the commissioned Artwork non-commercially and commercially.
You may grant (Sublicense) certain thrid parties certain rights hereby granted to you through this license so
long as those third parties agree to be bound by these same terms and conditions.
For example: You may wish to sell shirts with a design commissioned from me, and this
would be allowed so long as neither you nor the other 3rd party break the conditions outlined here.
By commissioning me you agree that neither you nor any associated 3rd party will break the following conditions:
The Artwork may not be used in any way with a generative AI or other similar AI models.
You agree to never put the Artwork into an AI database, or otherwise through action or
reasonably preventable inaction allow it to be entered into such a database.
You agree to not train AI models based on my Artwork.
You agree to not grant sublicenses to untrustworthy 3rd parties.
You agree to not grant sublicenses to 3rd parties which are likely to break these terms.
You agree to not use the Artwork to scam others or engage in other such activity.
You agree to give Proper Credit.
Should the terms of this license be broken the license and all sublicenses are automatically and immediately
revoked and all rights will, in full, revert to Me.
Should You grant a sublicense to a 3rd party, only for them to then break these terms,
your license will be revoked along with the sublicense You granted them.
